genXwomen and the University of Newcastle are proud to bring together four local leaders in their fields for a conversation about their remarkable careers, which have taken them across Australia and the globe, to talk about why they choose to call Newcastle home.
Another inspiring Novocastrian, award-winning journalist and founding director of the Newcastle Writers Festival, Rosemarie Milsom, will host the panel.
Set in the iconic Newcastle Museum, the evening starts with drinks and canapés against the backdrop of the ‘Our Community, Your University’ exhibition, which celebrates the University’s 50th anniversary, before moving to the Globe Room for the panel discussion.

Gerry Bobsien – Research Development at Newcastle Institute of Energy and Resources (NIER), writer, poet, editor and avid surfer.
