University of Newcastle Business Achievement Award Finalists

Milspec Manufacturing Pty Ltd in Albury, The Flagstaff Group from Wollongong and Central Coast Group Training of Tuggerah have been selected as finalists in the University of Newcastle Business Achievement Award through this year’s NSW/ACT Regional Achievement and Community Awards.

This annual awards program is presented by PRIME7 and supported by the Commonwealth Bank and recognises groups, business, individuals and communities who play a vital role in enhancing the social, environmental and economic prosperity of regional and rural NSW and the ACT.

The University of Newcastle Business Achievement Award was developed to acknowledge businesses who focus on staff engagement, on the job training and providing staff with integrated high education learning opportunities and development. Also those businesses who reward staff, have good productivity, profitability and business outcomes whilst showing a good corporate citizenship.

The winner of the University of Newcastle Business Achievement Award will be announced at a Gala Dinner on Saturday 26 October at the Newcastle Leagues Club.

The Awards are proudly supported by the Land Newspaper, NSW Local Government and Angove Family Wine Makers.
