Everything you need to know about Bike Love Corral

Love to ride but don’t have a bike? Need help servicing your bike or tips on safe cycling? Community group Bike Love Corral is all about promoting ethical, safe, happy transport and bicycling.

Located at UON’s Callaghan Campus in the brand new Bike Hub East, Bike Love Corral has a bike workshop and ‘bike library’. Cheap, fully serviced second hand bicycles are available for purchase or borrowing.

Bike Love Corral turns over around 27 bikes per week, in all sizes – kids, teens and adults. The organisation also offers the opportunity to learn traffic skills and cycling tips, and is a great way to meet like-minded cyclists in the community.

Getting Involved with Bike Love Corral

In addition to the Bike Library, you can bring your own bike in to get fixed or checked or join a bike fixing workshop to learn how to maintain your bike.

Become a member and join this sustainable community centre and connect with other bike groups in Newcastle to help promote cycling as a fun, healthy, safe and sustainable means of transport. Membership to Bike Love Corral is free.

Donations of bikes and parts are always welcome.
